Forged bee with hand-chiselled spring. Blade with stop (the cutting edge does not hit the bottom of the spring). Slightly curved handle for a better grip.

The Lille brick handle is made from 78% recycled waste from deconstruction sites.

The brick is characterised by its textured appearance of a deep red, shaded with carmine red, which brings warmth and softness.
