Delivery and shipping costs
Depending on the delivery area, the shipping costs are not the same.
To better understand how shipping costs are applied, please read the following explanations:
Delivery and postage for France, Belgium and Switzerland
LAYOLE.COM charges transport costs according to the weight of your order.
Please note: the risks associated with transport are covered on condition that the buyer has checked the products on arrival and has exercised, if necessary, his rights of recourse against the carrier within 48 hours, even in the case of carriage paid shipments.
In the case of Switzerland, as the orders are invoiced exclusive of VAT, the buyer will have to pay, upon arrival, customs clearance fees, plus the VAT linked to the order, on the basis of 7.5 % (amount of VAT in Switzerland).
Shipping costs for other areas
As you know, we offer to ship your order to any country you wish to be delivered to. As you can see, the shipping costs vary depending on the delivery area and also on the weight and volume of the package.
Due to the international transport costs, we are unable to cover the cost of shipping. We charge the transport costs at cost price. Please note that we have negotiated preferential rates.
Please note: transport risks are covered under the condition that the buyer has checked the products on arrival and has made the usual reservations with the carrier within 48 hours.
The different carriers
Depending on the delivery area, we use the services of different carriers.
In Metropolitan France, in the European Union and in Switzerland, we prefer the services of the Post Office with Colissimo Suivi. This system is reliable and fast. If you would like more information on this service, you can visit the website of La Poste.
In Metropolitan France, when the shipment is urgent, we use Chronopost with a surcharge for this additional transport cost. Please note that there are no Saturday deliveries.
For deliveries in France outside the metropolitan territory (DOM, TOM), we use the services of La Poste.
For deliveries in the rest of the world, we use the services of Colissimo, Chronopost and DHL.
Delivery times
These delivery times have been communicated to us by our various carriers. They are calculated on the basis of working days: Monday to Friday - except public holidays.
There are no shipping on Saturdays and Sundays.
If you have a precise date to respect, we advise you to take an additional margin of 1 day and to indicate it to us either by e-mail (info@layole.com) or at the time of your order, in step 3 (box "Comments").

For Chronopost shipments, we do not deliver to addresses with post office boxes.

Purchases outside the European Union
VAT for European Union countries: Our products are invoiced with the VAT of the country of destination in all European Union countries or, failing that, with French VAT.
For Switzerland: In the case of Switzerland, as orders are invoiced without VAT, the buyer will have to pay customs clearance fees on arrival, plus the VAT linked to the order, on the basis of 7.5% (amount of VAT in Switzerland).
French overseas departments: Only for the following destinations: Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Reunion, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Mayotte. We invoice our products without VAT.
