Laguiole knife with a central bolster made of meteorite (Parkajoki-Sweden). The mosaic Damascus steel blade is hand forged in our Laguiole workshop. The bee and the spring are chiselled by hand. The double plates are chiselled with a file. Blade with stop (the cutting edge does not hit the bottom of the spring). Handle slightly curved for a better grip.
