Very nice knife as described. (Translated review)
super realization (Translated review)
as with my first purchase in March 2020 of an identical knife with an amourette handle, this second double platinum laguiole knife with 14C28 steel blade and shiny bolsters, received in February 2021, still deserves praise. A solid colissimo containing bubble wrap and pieces of polystyrene to protect the knife, an undeniable care that doesn't surprise me at Honoré Durand. As with the previous knife, this is a magnificent knife of the highest quality, with a perfect finish and remarkable cutting power. I can only highly recommend Honoré Durand cutlery for your knife purchases. The quality and perfection of the work are unquestionable. This cutlery has been awarded the diplomas and labels presented on their site, which are richly deserved. Thank you and bravo to Honoré Durand and its cutlers, who deserve the title of couteliers d'art. (Translated review)
