Awarded by the Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle (INPI) on 18/10/2024 to the Syndicat des Fabricants Aveyronnais du Couteau de Laguiole, the Coutellerie de Laguiole Honoré Durand is the first company to be certified as a Couteau de Laguiole GI, attesting to its expertise and its roots in the village of Laguiole and, more broadly, in Nord-Aveyron.
