Triple plates
Triple plates give a broader finish with the chiselling of one or more plates. They make the Laguiole knife even more comfortable to hold (the handle is thicker). The plates are chiselled by hand on a grinder. It is carried out on the top of the handle and on the underside of the handle. It is possible to carry out finer chiselling work (chiselling with a file or chiselling with a chisel): follow our quote request.
