The Laguiole knife, blade only (without corkscrew) or 1-piece model, requires an average of 109 manufacturing operations. The aesthetics are refined with a regular general shape, a curve and light curves. This model was created in the 1830's by mixing a local knife called "capuchadou" and a knife of Spanish origin called "navaja".

Our Laguiole with welded bee have a slim handle and the spring is chiseling die. A 10cm Laguiole knife (handle length) is recommended for children up to 12 years old.
