A true symbol of French craftsmanship and the North Aveyron, our Laguiole knives with the ‘Couteau de Laguiole’ geographical indication label are made entirely in our workshops in Laguiole, respecting tradition and very strict specifications.
This state label guarantees that the following stages are carried out in the Nord-Aveyron geographical area:
- Manufacture of individual parts: blade / plates / handle / spring with forged bee / bolsters
- Hardening
- Handle adjustment
- Knife assembly

NB : Delivery outside the European Union is not possible for a purplewood handle (International Convention).

First name and/or last name and/or initials (modern Latin alphabet characters). For the first and last name, the first letter is engraved in upper case and the following letters in lower case. Initials are engraved in upper case. Check the accents carefully. Read more
