A true symbol of French craftsmanship and of the Nord-Aveyron region, our knives bearing the Laguiole Knife Geographical Indication label are entirely made in our workshops in Laguiole, in full respect of tradition and a very strict set of specifications.
This State-approved label guarantees that the following steps are carried out within the Nord-Aveyron geographical area:
• Manufacture of individual parts: blade / liners / handle / backspring with forged bee / bolsters
• Heat treatment
• Handle fitting
• Knife assembly
• Handle shaping and forming
• Knife finishing
• Blade sharpening
Personalized engravings
First name and/or last name and/or initials (modern Latin alphabet characters). For the first and last name, the first letter is engraved in upper case and the following letters in lower case. Initials are engraved in upper case. Check the accents carefully. Read more
