Forged bee with spring. Hand-chiselled spring. Blade with stop (the cutting edge does not hit the bottom of the spring). Slightly curved handle for a better grip.
The mussel shells are collected the day after the Lille flea market, then washed and crushed for further processing. The mussel shell handle is characterised by its deep grey colour and bluish highlights. The white dots from the limestone add luminosity and uniqueness to the material.
The mussel shell handle is made from 75% recycled mussel shells.
