- Delicate manual cleaning: Clean the blade with a damp sponge and dishwashing liquid, then wipe and store. The knife must not be soaked in water or put under the tap.

It will be more practical for knife maintenance... When I received the knife, the blade was oiled, but the bolsters were dry and rusty.... It's a bit of a shame... I made up for it with oil !When I change knives, I put olive oil on the blade as well as on the bolsters. The knife in a watertight plastic bag. To be able to get it back later in good condition! It's a razor after a passage on a diamond stone 8000 and leather finish!!! (Translated review)
