Brut de forge blade

We make the blade with a Brut de Forge finish in our firm, in the modern blacksmith’s shop. These Laguiole knives come with a forged bee, a hand-chiseled spring and a blade guard. A blade with a rough steel finish are made with a 12C27 Sandvik stainless steel. Please note, these blades with a rough steel finish have a thick grind which needs more regular sharpening. Forged bee with spring. Hand chiselled spring. Blade with stop (the edge does not hit the bottom of the spring). Slightly curved handle for a better grip. Due to the nature of the blade, engraving is not possible on it. Comes with a magnetic storage box.
