Our Laguiole with welded bee have a slim handle and the spring is chiseling die. A 10cm Laguiole knife (handle length) is recommended for children up to 12 years old. Forged bee with spring. Hand-chiselled spring. Blade with stop (the cutting edge does not hit the bottom of the spring). Slightly curved handle for a better grip. The porcelain handle is made from 75% waste from recycled porcelain deposits. The porcelain reflects a luminous ivory colour embellished with bits of porcelain.
