Sandvik stainless steel blade

Modernity obliges, most of the knives Laguiole are proposed with stainless steel blades.

The maintenance, the sharpening and the sharpening are easier, they do not give taste to food and do not darken.

Forged bee with spring. Hand-chiselled spring. Blade with stop (the cutting edge does not hit the bottom of the spring). Slightly curved handle for a better grip. The material is an intense black colour with metallic flashes, giving it a deep, elegant character.  The foundry sand handle is made from 81% recycled waste, including foundry sand deposits.
