Brut de forge blade

We make the blade with a Brut de Forge finish in our firm, in the modern blacksmith’s shop. These Laguiole knives come with a forged bee, a hand-chiseled spring and a blade guard. A blade with a rough steel finish are made with a 12C27 Sandvik stainless steel. Please note, these blades with a rough steel finish have a thick grind which needs more regular sharpening.
