Don't forget to save your customization to be able to add to cartOur kits are made 100% by us, in our workshops in Laguiole: blade, spring, bee, bolsters and plates.
The parts are rough forged: there is all the work of a cutler to accomplish (taking all the parts, adjusting, drilling, milling, assembling, shaping, polishing...)
The kit parts are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If the assembled part is defective, we replace the raw part but we do not dismantle or reassemble the part.
Please note that the Laguiole kits we sell are intended for people who know how to do it themselves: it is a real cutler's job.
