Natural whetstone of french Pyrenees with 2 grains :

• 1 abrasive grain for sharpening the blunt edge (once your Laguiole knife no longer cuts)
• 1 fine grain for maintaining the fine edge (when your Laguiole knife still cuts). )

The whetstone need to be soaked in water for 10 minutes before sharpening your Laguiole knife
