Description

The sharpening steel is the essential tool to maintain the edge of your Laguiole knife but also your kitchen knives, both large and small (when your knife still cuts).

Its 30 cm round wick made of resistant alloy offers a sufficient surface for a quick and easy sharpening.

If you store your honing steel in a drawer, be sure to protect it with a cloth.

A small guard is present for added protection.

The moulded handle is made of varnished wood.
