Blade only (without corkscrew)

The Laguiole knife, blade only (without corkscrew) or 1-piece model, requires an average of 109 manufacturing operations. The aesthetics are refined with a regular general shape, a curve and light curves. This model was created in the 1830's by mixing a local knife called "capuchadou" and a knife of Spanish origin called "navaja".

Foldable flushing tray with pump locking system (see "More info" section below). Glossy finish, full handle (there are no bolsters) and shepherd's cross. Welded bee and chiselled spring (by hand). The handle of a Laguiole knife in mammoth molar is fragile. It is necessary to be attentive to it.
