Informations :

• we start the work after acceptance of our quotation. When we have to ship back the repair, shipping cost are detailed inside our quotation.
• a quotation made on picture is available after finalizing (finalizing is when we are able to touch the knife).
• our guarantee against defects due to manufacturing is available only on our manufactured products. In case of a repair, this guarantee is only available for the part repaired, not all the knife.
