Delivery and transport

1. The package is-it secured?

1 - Your package is shipped anonymously and with a return address different from that of our company. The sender address does not contain the word "Laguiole" or the words "knife" or "cutlery."
2 - The package is fully closed by tape transport

2. Do you ship in Chronopost Saturday morning?

We ship in Chronopost for metropolitan France for a delivering Saturday morning.

4. Do you ship to the DOM and TOM?

The services of the Post were chosen because they are efficient and fast.
The transit times vary from 2 to 3 open days.
We ship in Colissimo Recommended Overseas only for : Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Mayotte.
The order and the invoice are in euros excluding taxes and regulations will be made on this basis.

5. Do you ship in gift packages?

When ordering, we will offer you to choose this option (free).

6. How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order is processed the same day (if a business day) and all parts are available and has been placed before 10 am. With the exception of Monday when we process all orders of the weekend, we need a little more time.
When all the products ordered are available, it is treated at the latest within 72 hours and then shipped within 48 hours.
Because of the unknowns, we can not commit ourselves to a delay. But most orders are processed within 48 hours and 72 hours worked.

7. What should I do when receipt the package?

2. Do I carry my knife Laguiole?
