Chiselling up and down

The chiselling up and down means a knife with plenty of decoration :
- the top (up) of the blade is entirely chiselled like the chiselling of the spring
- the top (up) and the inside (down) of the spring is chiselled entirely and with the same pattern
- the plates are chiselled on up and down with the same pattern

We have different pattern for chiselling up and down.
If you need a special pattern, don't hesitate to ask us.
